Cash came into rescue when he was listed on the euthanasia list at a local shelter. He came in as s stray after being attacked by something that tore the right side of his face off. This little guy was going to be euthanized for the severity of his wounds, but we stepped up to give this boy a fighting chance. We tool him to our surgeon who performed facial reconstruction on his face and with a month of laser treatments he is a new dog! He also is fully vaccinated and neutered since being in our care.

Cash is a gentle soul who loves everyone he comes in contact with. He is doing great with his potty training and loves his foster fur mates. He likes going on daily walks and loves the beach! He does like his afternoon nap and snuggle time with foster mom. He is not a picky eater but has been spoiled in foster care eating kibble with snacks of fruit and veggies.

Cash is a very sweet and gentle boy. He has been through a lot in his short life, but still shows so much love & affection towards humans. He has a chill, mild-mannered disposition and gets along great with other dogs in the home. He also loves kids and is great around them as he is gentle and respectful of boundaries.

He has shown no aggression or destructiveness and loves toys.Sometimes when he wants your attention he may nibble on your finger but he doesn't bite hard and it isn't out of aggression but more of as a way to get your affection. He is crate trained and sleeps in his carte, but doesn't need it.

Apart from his injuries when he first came into foster care, he is perfectly healthy. His wounds have healed closed although the fur around the area has not grown back in yet, but will in due time.

His perfect home would Ideally a home where he wouldn't be alone for too long -- at least one other dog in the home. He could be good for a family with children or even an older couple, as he has a calm demeanor. He could live in an apartment as long as he could get long walks everyday, as he can be an active boy at times.

A cute thing that he does is that he can balance on his two hind legs for quite some time. When you come home, he likes to stand up on his hind legs to greet you.
