Hi there! It’s me, Lucy, and I’m ready for my FUR-ever home, so let me tell you a bit about myself.

 

I'm a 2-year-old female Frenchie weighing in at 26 pounds. I came into foster care after being surrendered by a breeder and have been living my best dog life since then in Valencia, CA. While in foster care I have been spayed &  vaccinated so Im perfect now!

 

I absolutely love chewing bones, going for walks, and snuggling up on the couch. Cuddling is one of my favorite pastimes, and I promise I give the best snuggles! Sometimes I do get startled by loud or sudden noises and high-pitched voices, so a calm and peaceful environment would be ideal for me.

 

My personality is pretty chill, although I can be a bit clingy and sometimes overprotective of my person. On a scale of 1-10, my energy level is around a 6, while my affection level is a solid 9. I do bark at loud, sudden noises, but I'm not aggressive. 

 

I'm still in the process of  learning commands like "No," "Leave it," and "Sit." Potty training has been going well, with no more accidents in the house after the first week. I'm crate trained and sleep soundly in my crate at night.

 

I would do best in a FUR-ever home where my human works from home or can be home a lot, or one with another dog to keep me company since I don't like being alone too much. I'm not a fan of small children, and while I'm okay with calm dogs after slow introductions, my compatibility with cats is unknown.
