💜Meet Daphne 💜
Daphne was pulled from a shelter today where she was found as a stray. At just 3 years old,
this little short and stout girl has seen some serious neglect. She was diagnosed with chronic dry eye which requires meds two to three times daily. She is also dealing with a skin infection which she is taking oral antibiotics for. Despite her struggles she is the sweetest pea, is already a shadow following her foster family around the house and adores snuggles. She is dog friendly and just wants to be a part of the pack. Don’t get us started on her adorable snorts, when she gets going she sounds like a little motorcycle.
She will be heading to the vet for exam this week, and once she’s stable she will then be spayed.

🍪Meet Cookie🍪 in Temecula,CA
We took in this sweet little girl who was living outside in the summer heat in the dirt and covered in fleas. The hot weather caused a severe skin infectoon and it was clear she’s been neglected for some time. We’re not sure how many litters she has had.
A good samaritan asked if they could take her in to live a better life. They say she is absolutely an amazing dog, but unfortunately their female dog didn’talong with little Cookie and the family reached out to us. She is being treated for fleas, skin infection and swollen feet. She is a tiny girl and needs to gain a few pounds back. She will be seeing the vet this week.
Could you help us help her receive the care she needs so she can be the pup that she is supposed to be?

Meet Duke, previously know as Dumpling through the shelter. ID #A748559
When Long Beach shelter called about this young boy that was found in a field with a fractured leg, we knew we had to help him. We saw the video of his sweet face and called our vet so he could review his xrays that revealed he has 3 fractures. He will go to our surgeon this week for his repair and neuter. This is not cheap!
It will cost about $5000. Duke desperately needs surgery as it is very painful for him. We’re not sure how this happened to this sweet boy but we do know he is safe now!

🇫🇷🐾 Say a hearty bonjour to FUR’s newest little gentleman, Pierre! 🐾🇫🇷
This 24-pound Frenchie was recently sprung from a local shelter and is now living the foster life while he waits for his forever family to come along. 🏡💕
Pierre is estimated to be around 2–4 years old, and he’s already charming everyone he meets with his sweet personality and adorable prance on leash. He enjoys short walks, seems to be dog friendly, and may even be okay with cats—quelle surprise! 🐶🐱
Our handsome boy has had a rough go—his ear tips are healing from an old injury, and one ear has a bit of a rugged look now. But if anything, it just adds to his distinguished French flair. 🎩💔➡️❤️
Pierre will be heading to the vet soon for a full check-up and his neuter, and after that, we hope he’ll be ready to grace our “Available” page. We can already tell: whoever ends up with this little guy is in for something très magnifique. 🌟

💙🐾 Say Hello to Oliver! 🐾💙
Meet 4-year-old Oliver, our newest foster and total heart-stealer! 😍 This sweet boy came to us from a SoCal shelter after being found as a stray. He arrived with sore ears, rough skin, and underweight 💔 — but that’s all changing now thanks to love, good food, and care! 💕🐾
Oliver has the gentlest soul 💞 — he loves to flop over, show his tummy, and tuck in his tiny feet 🥹💙. He’s still a bit nervous on leash 🚶♂️ and working on his potty training 🏡, but he’s improving every day! He’s eating well 🍽️ and absolutely adores affection and belly rubs. He is already smitten with Ava, the resident Frenchie and proud FUR alum 🐶💖
When he first arrived, he had quite a bit of dander, but with a little coconut oil magic and a soft curry comb 🥥✨, his coat is already looking so much better.
He’s settling in beautifully, showing his silly side, and even has the funniest little voice when he wants to chat 🎤🐶. Next up — Oliver will be heading to the vet 🩺 for a full medical exam and care to get him feeling his very best! 💙

💖Meet Princess Phoebe! 👑🐾
This little angel is about 2 years old and perfectly petite at just 15 lbs. 🌸 She was lovingly surrendered when her previous owner realized they didn’t have enough time for her while working long hours — and wanted her to have the love and attention she deserves. 💕
Phoebe is such a sweetheart who adores cuddles, people, and her foster brother. 🥰 She’s not quite into toys yet 🎀, but she’s working hard on her potty training and learning to use pee pads like a champ. 💪
She’ll be getting her vaccines, spay, and microchip this Thursday — then she’ll be all ready for her forever family soon. 🌷✨

🐶 Meet Melo!
This handsome little dude isn’t exactly “mellow” — but he’s 100% lovable! Melo was recently surrendered, neutered, and is now getting spoiled by his amazing foster mom while he learns all about the good life. 💙
He came into our care needing to get neutered, ears cleaned, vaccines and an allergy shot. He will need to continue the cytopoint shot to keep his allergies in check.
Melo LOVES belly rubs, being with his people (he’s a total Velcro pup!), meeting new dogs, and showing off his zoomies. He’s great with people and other pups, especially men! 🐾
He’s also a typical Frenchie — walks about 2 blocks before deciding he’s done 😂, prefers the AC to the sun, and has a stubborn streak that’ll make you laugh.
Melo is still working on potty training and wears a belly band indoors. He’s crate trained, listens to “no,” and is learning good manners (he sometimes gets a little too excited and may nibble or try to hump when playing). He will need to be trained further with a little

Mimi Moon
🌙Meet Mimi Moon🌙 — a gentle soul with a resilient spirit.
Estimated to be around 2 years old, Mimi Moon was found abandoned on a school campus just a few months ago. Heartbreakingly, she has no front paws. It’s unclear whether she was born this way or suffered a traumatic injury, but what is certain is that she’s endured more than her fair share of hardship. Underweight and covered in scars along her arms, Mimi could walk, but it was clear she was in discomfort.
A kind-hearted Good Samaritan discovered her and, despite efforts to locate her owners, no one came forward over the last few months. During that time, she provided Mimi with safety, nourishment, and love before surrendering her to rescue — giving Mimi the best chance at healing and hope.
Now in our care, Mimi is heading to the vet for a full exam and to develop a treatment plan tailored to her unique needs. She deserves every ounce of love and support we can give — and we’re committed to helping her live the comfortable, joyful life she was always meant to have.
