Meet Penny Girl 💓🐾🎀

She’s a sweet 3-year-old French Bulldog rescued from a shelter today. This is her second time in a shelter this year, and most recently she arrived malnourished, covered in fleas, and still carrying old sutures from a past C-section. 

She’s now safe at the vet and settling into her foster home, getting the exam and much-needed TLC she deserves. At just 20 pounds, she’s a tiny bundle of love who adores pets, cuddles, and any affection she can get.
