Meet Lilo — 5 Years, 18 Pounds, Certified Love-Bug

 

Lilo arrived with her three sisters after being removed from a severely neglectful home, underweight and unsure of the world. You’d never know it now—she’s quietly rebuilding her glow, one meal (three a day for now) and one cozy nap at a time.

 

This little daydreamer adores sleeping in bed, curling herself into the blankets.  She treasures her toys, and her favorite pastime is a playful tug-of-war match with her sister Pearl, where the rope becomes their tiny banner of joy.

 

Lilo’s nature is wonderfully gentle: calm, affectionate, and free of anything sharp in her spirit. She has shown zero aggression, just softness wrapped in fur and hope. She’s doing very well with her potty training and learns the rhythm of a home quickly.

 

She absolutely loves other dogs and needs a canine friend to feel secure—whether that’s your current pup or, in a perfect-world scenario, a double adoption with her sister Pearl.

 

We’re still unsure how she feels about small children or cats, but with dogs, she speaks fluent friendship.

 

Lilo is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and ready for someone who sees the quiet magic in a dog who’s survived the hard parts and is now eager to bloom.
