🦄Welcome Trixie🦄

Trixie (#72195) came to us today from a shelter, where she and several other dogs had been held as part of a protective custody case after being found neglected and severely malnourished. X-rays revealed that the dogs had extremely low body weight and completely empty intestines — their stomachs contained nothing, which led to their severe malnutrition.

Despite everything she’s been through, Trixie is the sweetest soul and ready for a fresh start while the other pups under protective care have not yet been released.

Trixie is on her way to settle into her foster home, where she’ll get the love, rest, and care she’s always deserved.
