Zeke is a 2-year-old French Bulldog looking for his forever family! At 27 pounds, this handsome boy is the perfect mix of silly, affectionate, playful, and oh-so-loving.

 

Zeke came into rescue after being surrendered by his owners alongside his mother, both in hopes of getting a chance at a better life. Since arriving in foster care, Zeke has received his wellness exam, all of his vaccines, and his neuter. He is a healthy, active young guy who is ready to start the next chapter of his life!

 

According to his foster mom, Zeke is silly, affectionate, and playful. He loves spending time with his humans, soaking up cuddles, and playing with his foster siblings. And when it comes to walks? He absolutely loves them! 

 

Like any young pup, Zeke is still working on his manners and obedience skills. He is smart and does follow direction, but he will need a family who is willing to continue helping him learn and grow. He may need reminders about things like going outside for potty breaks or heading into his crate, where he can enjoy a snack and settle in for some relaxation. Consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement will help this sweet boy continue to thrive.

 

Zeke can sometimes be unsure when he sees unfamiliar dogs on walks and may let out a little growl or bark. He will need a confident handler who can provide direction, redirect him, and help him learn that new dogs are nothing to worry about. With continued training and guidance, we believe Zeke can make great progress.

 

Zeke would thrive with a family that is committed to his continued training, development, and success. He has so much love to give and would make an incredibly loyal and fun best friend. We think he would be perfectly happy being the only pup in the home and soaking up all the love and attention, but he may also enjoy having a compatible canine sibling.
